Explosive innovation in the panorama of “new folk music”, the Taranproject are a true mass phenomenon that has already involved the whole Calabria and now faces into the national spotlight with the release of their first album.

Through the tarantella, until a few years ago considered a dance of control and blackmail for the exclusive prerogative of the ‘Ndrangheta, the Taranproject place themselves into the new leadership of Calabria who wants to redeem reclaiming their own traditions, returning to the streets without fear and without hesitation to “put the face”, dancing the tarantella with the courage of those who have the desire to really change things.
